Responsible for overall operations within the Group. Kit has a strong background in construction with over 25 years experience. Outside work Kit enjoys Rugby Union and horse riding.

I J Griffiths, MBA, BEng.
Responsible for marketing, finance and e-development. Ian enjoys the more physically punishing sports, such as boxing, motocross, enduro to maintain energy levels.
