Ref #4 - We are looking for a highly motivated Contracts Supervisor for our Bristol regional office working alongside our Regional Management Team in a very fast moving environment. You should be able to demonstrate solid leadership of construction related staff, good knowledge of the building processes and apply these to co-ordinate, lead and manage teams of engineers across the UK and abroad.
You should be able to communicate at all levels effortlessly over the telephone, face-to-face and online with clients, suppliers and onsite staff alike.
In addition, you will be IT literate and capable of producing professional documents for Health and Safety, quotations, reports, etc.. Use of an estimating package and or CAD an advantage.
Soft-skills: presentation, communicator at all levels, leadership, likeable, team-working, completer-finisher, practical solution finder, multi-tasking, committed, dynamic 'can-do' attitude.
Hard-skills: construction knowledge , electrical knowledge; or a combination of both. IT literacy (Office, CAD, etc.). Supervision or management of people.
